A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Leasing Surveyor to join a thriving investment and development company in Slough.

Working with the Leasing team, you will identify new customers for vacant buildings to maximise occupancy and rental income.

Key Duties:

• Work with the in-house marketing team and external agents, to formulate/ implement marketing plans for new and existing buildings

• Brief, instruct and liaise with the company’s legal representatives throughout the leasing process

• Consult and liaise with Asset Management and Development colleagues within the team and with the Construction and Finance Divisions

Ideally you will be MRICS qualified with experience of commercial property and leasing activities, and, business space markets.

Good communication, interpersonal and customer care skills are essential.
