Our client is a leading claims management business with 9 office locations in the UK offering a high quality of professional service, seeking MRICS or MCIOB qualified surveyors to act as loss assessors covering property insurance claims across the Greater London area.

This role is rewarded with an excellent remuneration package and ongoing CPD is available.

Duties will include diagnosing the subsidence of premises and dealing with works to completion. You will mainly be dealing with residential property however some commercial property work will be involved.

Ideally you should be RICS or CIOB qualified and have a background of subsidence or insurance related work.
