Our client, a leading global organization, requires a motivated Development Surveyor to join their thriving team in Leeds.
Working within the Regeneration Department, you will be responsible for providing development advice to major public and private sector clients.
Ideally you will be ambitious and MRICS qualified with demonstrable commercial property experience. You will have the ability to identify new opportunities and secure new business as well as being able to effectively manage a large and varied workload.
