A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a highly innovative consultancy based in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of building types from scheduled Ancient Monuments to High-Tech facilities.

You should ideally be experienced and skilled in pre-acquisition and due diligence, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, project delivery and Expert Witness.

You will also have the confidence to lead the development of Party Wall and all related services in a fast moving environment.
