Our client, a major transport provider, has an excellent opportunity for a Property Construction and Maintenance Manager to join their team in London.

The Construction and Maintenance team is part of the Corporate Real Estate division and is responsible for construction management, building and quantity surveying and arch inspection.

You will be responsible for providing professional building surveying, design, construction guidance and strategic advice on matters affecting the maintenance and renewal of property assets.

You should be MRICS qualified with proven people management and budget management skills. Experience of buildings maintenance and of managing contractors and consultants are both essential.
