Our client, a major transport provider, has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Planner to join their successful team in Manchester.
You will provide advice on a wide range of issues and projects including operational railway and permitted development, policy development, securing enhanced land values and securing heritage consents.
The role offers a broad range of experience and responsibilities. Ideally you will be either MRTPI or MRICS qualified, or, currently studying towards this.
