Our client has an exciting opportunity for an MRICS/MCIOB Chartered Building Surveyor or Loss Adjuster to undertake a home based regional management role in the Southern Region.

Key Duties:

• Manage performance of the team on a daily basis including the allocation of resource as required

• Manage personal portfolio of claims

• Be the technical referral point for members of the team

• Create & utilise MI to client’s standards or to improve performance

• Conduct technical audits of teams’ work

• Drive performance on a daily basis toward the achievement of targets

• Complete monthly “one-to-one’s” with the team and annual appraisals

• Complete appraisals with the support of the appropriate Manager

You will also highlight training needs and effectively plan and action delivery of training/mentoring whilst producing ad-hoc information requests as required.
