Our client is a leading financial and professional services firm specialising in real estate.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work within the Western Corridor Project & Development Services team based at Heathrow.

You will be tasked with undertaking a wide range of commercial Building Surveying work, including a mix of professional building surveying and project work. Preparing Schedules of Dilapidations, negotiating claims on behalf of Landlords and Tenants, contract administration and preparing planned maintenance programmes will all feature.

Ideally Chartered, you will have proven experience and thrive when undertaking responsibility for a multi-disciplinary, private sector organisation within a commercial environment.
