A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Building Surveyor to join an established and innovative consultancy based in London.
Experience in building pathology, developing planned maintenance strategies and presenting these at client meetings, insurance valuations, alterations, party wall matters, specifications and CDM is essential.
This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a project from inception to completion and consideration will be lent to both 2nd year APC candidates and those with significant work experience.
